You
can become an Overseas Homefinders franchise partner by means of a Franchise
contract. A Franchise contract is drawn up and agreed between ourselves and
the franchisee and once everything is in place and agreed both parties sign
the contract and your franchise business can commence.
The
new Franchise is required to have an office or facility to work from Home, with telephone, computer and
fax and located in a commercial zone. This is a cost effective way to start
your own business with minimal outlay and the back up of a large Company
Group established for over 15 years.
If you already have an
established business e.g. Travel Agents, UK Estate Agents, Hairdressers etc
this business can run alongside your present business.

An Office
will need basic office furniture, computer software and your shop sign incorporating our company
Logo. We will provide a training course at one of our Spanish offices, initial
advertising; forms, brochures and full back
up. We advertise extensively and have representation at the large Property Exhibitions
in the UK in Airports and In-flight Magazines. We have also contracted to
advertise on Real Estate TV. If working from Home you will
require a computer, telephone and fax facility.

The
cost of setting up a Franchise office with Overseas Homefinders would be
approximately 20,000 GBP which would include your own Website built for you, all Office Equipment, Computer
Software, Signs, Initial Advertising, Administration Forms and the fee to
Overseas Homefinders
- thereafter a License Fee of 250.00 GBP per month
paid by bank transfer.
The cost of a Franchise
working from Home would be 4,000 GBP to cover Computer Software, Website
documentation and Franchise Fee, thereafter there is a License Fee of 100.00
GBP per month.
